Abstract

This article discusses the importance of including school bullying on the priority agenda of psycho-pedagogical intervention, presenting school mediation as an effective model for conflict management and the transformation of the educational environment. It analyzes the definition, types, and factors that sustain school bullying in the school context, as well as its serious impacts on the teaching-learning process. Psycho-pedagogical intervention, by addressing the diagnosis, prevention, and monitoring of relational difficulties, finds in mediation and restorative practices tools to promote a culture of peace, dialogue, and the construction of community living rules. The aim is to provide a theoretical-practical framework of strategies that enable the school community to proactively address silent violence. Based on this, the study concluded that bullying is a direct predictor of a drop in school performance, aversion to school, and psychosomatic symptoms, practical documented strategies, such as 'Active Listening,' 'Restorative Circles,' and 'Coexistence Contracts,' are identified as effective tools for damage repair, primary prevention, and strengthening community bonds.
